Taking into account the great merits in the development of horse breeding in the independent neutral Fatherland, the preservation and improvement of the breeding and productive qualities of Ahal-Teke horses, which are the national treasure and pride of the Turkmen, the increase in the glory of the world-famous Ahal-Teke horses, as well as conscientious work over many years and professionalism, to award the honorary title «Türkmenistanyň at gazanan atşynasy» to the seyis - the head of the Group of national equestrian games «Galkynyş» of the Ahal-Teke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan of the Economic Department of the Administrative Department of the Presidential Administration of Turkmenistan Pygyyev Serdar Pygyyevich.
