In the International year of peace and trust of the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, in order to implement historical activities to develop national democratic principles, relying on the centuries-old experience of glorious ancestors in governing the state, ensuring broad participation of representatives of the public in solving important issues of state and public life, based on the principles of statehood, legality, continuing the path of glorious ancestors, following their wise precepts, creative improvement of achievements to strengthen the unity and cohesion of society, as well as the organised holding of a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan - the highest representative body representing the interests of the people of Turkmenistan, the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan resolves:

1. To convene the next meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan on the 19th of September, 2025 and hold it in the city of Ashgabat in the «Maslahat köşgi» Palace.

2. The Halk Maslahaty of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, in accordance with the Procedure for nominating public representatives to the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan recommended by the Halk Maslahaty of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, Resolution of the Halk Maslahaty № 1 «On the convocation and organised holding of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan», shall submit to the Office of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan by the 1st of September, 2025, lists of public representatives included in the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan from the velayats, the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag.
