Today, the International Festival “Handicrafts and Decorative and Applied Arts in the Heritage of the Peoples of the World” opening ceremony has taken place in the administrative center of Lebap velayat.

The State concert of masters of arts, dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the country's independence, was held today in the building “Türkmeniň ak öýi” in the Ak Bugday etrap of the Akhal velayat.

Today, the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center hosted the final round of the creative review “Çalsana, bagşy!”, which is being held in our country for the first time as part of the “Türkmeniň Altyn asyry” competition proclaimed by the President of Turkmenistan.

Today, the metropolitan “Archabil” Hotel hosted the International Conference “Independent Turkmenistan in the international information space”, timed to coincide with the 31st anniversary of the country’s independence.

Today, a gala concert of the participants of the final round of the children's music and song contest "Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri" on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of sacred independence, was held in the Türkmeniň ak öýi building, located in the Nowruz ýaýlasy valley of the Ak Bugday etrap.

Today, Ashgabat song and music center hosted the final round of the TV contest for amateur performers “Ýaňlan, Diýarym!”.

Today, in the conference hall of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography, a media forum "International Initiatives of Turkmenistan: New Frontiers of Cooperation" was held, dedicated to the results of the International Conference of Ministers of Transport of Landlocked Developing Countries, and events timed to coincide with it.

The next issue of the quarterly popular science magazine “Miras”, published by the Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts named after Magtymguly of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, has gone to print. A series of publications devoted to the study of the richest historical and cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, the results of research conducted in our country and new archaeological finds continues on its pages.

During the enlarged meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on July 8, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of continuing work on the global popularization of the cultural heritage of the Turkmen people and intensifying international cooperation in this direction.
