President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb and the people of the country on the occasion of Independence Day of the Republic of Finland.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular online meeting of Cabinet of Ministers, at which results of the work carried out in the country for eleven months of the current year, was summed up.

In order to create favourable conditions for the population of the country to solemnly celebrate the International Day of Neutrality and to properly rest on the occasion of the glorious 30^th anniversary of acquisition of the status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, I decree:

A special issue of the quarterly magazine ECO Heritage, published by the Institute of Culture of the Economic Cooperation Organization, has been published to mark the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30^th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent Neutrality. It contains articles devoted to important events in the political and cultural life of our country during this significant year, the importance of the legally neutral status of the Motherland, which was unanimously recognized three times at the international level, the development of friendly, fraternal bilateral and multilateral partnerships, as well as the rich national heritage of the Turkmen people.

Considering the intensity of traffic on the streets of the capital, we inform you that during the celebration of the 30^th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, namely from 8^th to 12^th of December, traffic on Garashsyzlyk Avenue, Bitarap Turkmenistan Avenue, and Turkmenbashy Avenue will be temporarily restricted.
