Today, on errand of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, ceremonies honoring mothers who have given birth to and have raised eight or more children, being awarded the honorary title “Ene mähri” in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, and presenting keys to new apartments to large families, were held in the capital on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

Today, on the threshold of International Women's Day in the Mukam Palace of the State culture centre in honour of women and girls of our fatherland, the festive concert of workers of culture and arts took place.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, at which the work realized in the country for two months of the current year, was summed up.

In order to create favourable conditions for the solemn celebration of International Women's Day and rest for the population of the country, and also in accordance with Part 2 of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

To dismiss Atayeva Aksoltan Toreyevna from the posts of Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations (United States of America, New York City), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Cuba, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Federative Republic of Brazil, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in connection with the transfer to another job.

To dismiss Orazov Meret Bayramovich from the posts of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United States of America (Washington City), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Mexican States, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Canada and representative of Turkmenistan to the International civil aviation organisation in connection with his transfer to another job.

To dismiss Aydogdyyev Esen Muhammedovich from the posts of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Slovenia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Serbia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria in connection with his transfer to another job.

To appoint Aydogdyyev Esen Muhammedovich as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United States of America (Washington City).

To dismiss Hajyyev Vepa Segsengeldiyevich from the posts of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Swiss Confederation (city of Geneva), Permanent representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations Office in Geneva (Swiss Confederation, city of Geneva), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Vatican in connection with his transfer to another job.

To appoint Hajyyev Vepa Segsengeldiyevich as Permanent representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations (United States of America, New York City).
