In the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, on the day when the whole country solemnly celebrates the Harvest Festival, cotton growers Balkan velayat were the first to fulfill contractual obligations on procurement of raw cotton.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, in order to further increase the level of housing and communal services in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, familiarize with the production and technical characteristics of specialized machines, related equipment, units and equipment for public utilities, meeting international standards of efficiency and environmental safety, our delegation of the country, headed by the hakim of the city of Arkadag Sh. Durdylyyev, was sent to the Federal Republic of Germany from 13th to 18th of November, 2023.

Today, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to Arkadag city to get himself familiarized with various construction projects planned to build there within the framework of the second turn of construction activities.

To release Niyazliyev Batyr Gurbanmyradovich from posts of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow c.) and concurrently Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Slovenia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria in connection with his transfer to another post.

To release Aydogdyev Esen Muhammedovich from the post of Rector of International University for Humanities and Development in connection with his transfer to another post.

To appoint Aydogdyev Esen Muhammedovich Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow c.)

To appoint Kulieva Maral Mammetberdievna Rector of International University for Humanities and Development and release her from the post of Rector of Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azady.

To appoint Charyev Maksat Begenchevich Rector of Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azady and release him from the post of Pro-Rector for scientific work of Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azady.
