To appoint Yumitov Serdar Bayramovich as the hakim of the Farap etrap of the Lebap velayat.

To appoint Eshshayev Yusupguly Ashyrgulyyevich as the hakim of the Oguzhan etrap of the Mary velayat.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Tashliyev Guvanchmyrat Ashyrmyradovich was appointed deputy hakim of the Altyn Asyr etrap, Ahal velayat.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to the capital, in the course of which he familiarised with public health services projects planned to be constructed in the central city and velayats of the country as well as held a working meeting.

Today, the President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General of the Army Serdar Berdimuhamedov, held a regular meeting of the State Security Council. The agenda included the performance of the country’s military and law enforcement agencies for the first nine months of this year, as well as a number of issues related to ensuring security and peace in our independent homeland, strengthening the material and technical base of law enforcement agencies, and further improving their operations.

In connection with the change in the administrative-territorial division of the Ahal, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary velayats, and in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:

In connection with the change in the administrative-territorial division of the Ahal, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary velayats, and in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan», the President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed a Resolution.

On September 30, 2025, on instructions of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the Chairwoman of the Mejlis, D.Gulmanova, accepted the credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ireland to Turkmenistan, Ms. Claire Brosnan.

The past week was marked with the celebration of the 34th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan. This landmark date was widely celebrated on September 27 in our fatherland as an embodiment of unity and coherence of our people, its enormous creative potential and aiming at achievement of new heights.
