President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with relative Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, some members of the State Security council, hyakim of Ashgabat and number of ministers and department heads made working trip around the capital, having inspected the situation at major construction sites.

President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held offsite joint session of the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Security Council. The agenda included outcomes of activity of military and law enforcement agencies for nine months of the year as well as current objectives of home policy and number of organizational issues.

Upon completion of the extended meeting of the State Security Council, the President of Turkmenistan together with the head of the Mejlis and Deputy Vice Premiers of the Cabinet of Ministers walked around the center of Ashgabat, paying attention to its improvement and landscaping.

On October 1, 1949, Chairman Mao Zedong announced the foundation of the People’s Republic of China, which marked new important milestone in the history of China and became a major step toward the creation of prosperous and powerful state.

Turkmen leader ordered the State security Council and the Mejlis to develop new edition of the Anti-corruption and anti-bribery Programme, which is to be a part of the Programme of further development of the country, in short period.

In accordance with paragraph 7, Article 81 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan decrees:

In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Colonel Chakyev Mammethan Berdimyradovich is released from the position as the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and is appointed as the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Lieutenant General Mulikov Isgender Handurdyevich is released from the position as the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan and reduced to the lower rank - Major, and also deprived of all state awards for serious shortcomings in the work and in the supervision over the structures under his jurisdiction, abuse of official position, as well as gross violation of official authorities.

In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Annanepesov Mergennepes Nurnepesovich is released from the position as the Director General of the ""Türkmen atlary"" State Association for serious shortcomings in his work, improper performance of official duties and weakening control over the activities of the enterprises under his supervision.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Purchekov Charymyrat Khivalievich is temporaryly appointed as the Deputy Prime Minister for the industrial and communications complex.
