On December 10, the official opening of newly-constructed buildings continued in the capital to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality. Byuzmein etrap held celebrations to mark the opening of 23 four-story apartment buildings, 9 two-story two-family houses, a 600-seat general education school, and a multi-purpose shopping center.
