The past week was notable for a number of events, which reflected the consistency of the reform-based policy course pursued by the leader of nation Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov aimed at further improvement of the Turkmen people’s well-being, development of the Motherland’s economic potential, and enhancement of international cooperation.

Mutuality-based foreign-policy cooperation, effective use of the abundant natural resources, realization of large-scale projects of the international significance, transition to the market-orientated economy, industrialization and digitization of all branches of the economy, systematic increase of Turkmen citizens’ living standards, and provision of ecological welfare – just these key vectors of the general reform-based strategy consistently pursued by the leader of nation reflect the picture of the past eventful week.

Rapid transformations, which in a matter of years have changed the face of our capital beyond recognition, are a convincing evidence of the President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov’s socially-oriented policy backed by Turkmenistan’s powerful economic potential and strategic partnership in the interest of the universal peace and progress.
