In order to train highly qualified workers for the energy and industry sectors of the country in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree allowing the Ministry of Energy to conclude a contract with the individual enterprise «Röwşen» for the design and construction of a new additional educational building for 2000 places on the adjacent territory of the State Energy institute of Turkmenistan, a dormitory for 800 people, a sports facility of an indoor type and a monument on a circular road, with modern equipment, landscaping of the adjacent territory, with the condition of reconstructing the old or building new external engineering systems leading to them and objects of electric, gas, water supply systems , communications and sewerage with their connection to the citywide network.
