With a view of timely preparation of projects of the State budget for 2024, the basic directions of social and economic development and the investment program of the country, being guided by “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028”in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, according to the Budget Code, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to commission the Ministry of Finance and Economy:

To appoint Babayev Maksat Mammetsaparovich state minister of Turkmenistan - chairman of "Türkmengaz" State Concern and release him from the position of deputy-chairman of "Türkmengaz" State Concern.

To appoint Amanov Batyr Amangeldiyevich Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and release him from the position of state minister of Turkmenistan - chairman of "Türkmengaz" State Concern.

To appoint Begliyev Ashyrguly adviser of the President of Turkmenistan for oil and gas issues and release him from the position of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

By the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Police Lieutenant Colonel Suleiman Amangulyevich Ataev was appointed as the Head of the Arkadag city Police Department.

On May 11, 2023, the state visit of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Republic of Tajikistan ended.

In order to implement the Agreement on economic cooperation signed between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of Hungary, as well as to further develop the partnership between Turkmenistan and Hungary, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Hungarian Commission on economic cooperation from the Turkmen side.

On May 10, 2023, within the framework of the two-day state visit of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Republic of Tajikistan, the Turkmen-Tajik summit talks were held, which began in the one-on-one format.
