To appoint Akmammedov Mammet Velmammedovich as Minister of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Annadurdyyev Begench Meretgeldiyevich as Minister of Automobile Transport of Turkmenistan.

Dismiss Sapbayev Dovrangeldi Ishangulyyevich from the post of Chairman of the State Concern «Türkmenhimiýa» for serious shortcomings in his work.

To appoint Chakyyev Mammethan Berdimyradovich as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan with a probationary period of 6 months.
