President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov has sent his deep condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov in connection with the crash of the plane L-410 near to the city of Menzelinsk, which caused human victims and mutilation.
