Today, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, general Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting of the State Security Council. The meeting considered results of work of military and law enforcement agencies for eight months of the current year, and the priority tasks of further improvement of activity of power structures including those, connected with security of the state and stability of society, strengthening of their material base.
Today President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with participation of deputy-chairmen of the Cabinet, chairwoman of Mejlis and deputy-chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh in which the issues connected with organization of the forthcoming meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty, celebration of the 30th anniversary of sacred independence of Fatherland and opening of a number of large new buildings were discussed.
Last week 20 transactions were registered in the exchange trades of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
Today President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held a digital working meeting with participation of the deputy chairman of the Cabinet who supervises agriculture and khyakims of velayats.

In order to further improve the works carried out in the epoch of might and happiness on the implementation of the Concept for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2019-2025, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the “Türkmenaragatnaşyk” Agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers to conclude contract with the Beat Trade FZE company (the United Arab Emirates) for the purchase, delivery, installation, launch of equipment, software and licenses for the modernization of the multiservice data network, as well as for the provision of technical support.
In order to satisfy the growing demand in the country for road transport services, to further improve the training and retraining of vehicle drivers in accordance with international requirements, which is one of the main directions of state policy on road safety, as well as in accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan "On Road Transport" and "On road safety", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Regulation on the training and retraining of vehicle drivers.
Today the ceremony of opening of the 432 megawatts new gas-turbine power plant constructed in the Charjev district in the territory of the state power plant operating in Lebap took place.
