The international videoconference meeting between the mayors of friendly cities and sister cities of Ashgabat, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan was dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Ashgabat.

A creative event took place online between the park "Ashgabat" and the cultural and entertainment park "Ashgabat" in the twin city of Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan, heads of municipal administrations, cultural figures and masters of art of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Turkey. Representatives of Ashgabat's twin town - Albuquerque (USA) and the Austrian-Turkmen society attended the event.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has visited the plant for production of gasoline from natural gas, which was built in Ahal Region, where inspected the activity of this modern industrial complex and exchange the views with officials of oil and gas sector on construction of the second phase of the plant as well as made a helicopter flight around number of big facilities inspecting the course of construction works.

The Public Organizations Centre hosted the ceremony of awarding the winners of a creative contest dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the Turkmen capital.

Working video conference meeting on inclusion of Ashgabat to the Smart City Network of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in “Design” category has been held in the Ministry of Culture.

resident Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference working session with participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers heads of Ashgabat and regions. Issues related to fulfilment of objectives specified by the Program of social and economic development of the regions, seasonal agricultural works and preparation to coming holidays have been reviewed.

The conference focused on the implementation of the National Action Plan for Human Rights in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025 was held at the Public Organizations Centre.

The ceremonies of laying flowers ceremony to the Monument to the Constitution and the Main Flag of Turkmenistan took place in Ashgabat, with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Ashgabat hosted a concert of art masters dedicated to the Day of Constitution and State Flag of Turkmenistan. “White City Ashgabat” monument, which was opened on May 24, 2014 with participation of the head of the state, has been selected as a place for celebration concert.
