XXIV International conference and exhibition Turkmenistan Oil and Gas 2019 will be held in Ashgabat on October 22 – 24. The State Concern Türkmennebit and Trade and Industrial Chamber of Turkmenistan are the hosts of the forum, which is aimed at activation of beneficial cooperation with foreign partners, attraction of the best world practice and latest technologies.

XIII International Book Fair and Exhibition and scientific conference of printing production “Book – Way to Cooperation and Development” will be held in Turkmen capital on November 5 – 6. It is expected that 72 companies from 20 countries as well as representatives of publishing and printing services and profile universities will take part in large-scale exposition.

Working visit of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the Republic of Azerbaijan for participation in the XVIII Summit of Non-alignment Movement in Baku is planned on October 25. Vice-premier, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov informed the Head of the State on the preparation to coming visit at the session of the Government on October 18.

Preparation to working visit of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Japan on October 21 – 23, during which it is planned to sign number of documents, is carried out.

Amansaryyev is authorized to sign the Memorandum on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance on data message exchange between the State News Agency of Turkmenistan and TV-Novosti, an autonomous non-profit organization (a Russian international television network - Russia Today (RTTV)).

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On international agreements of Turkmenistan”, Chairman of the State News Agency of Turkmenistan, B. For activation of work in selection and breeding of Turkmen alabays, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having allowed the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, the State Development Bank, the State Commercial Daýhanbank, the State Commercial Türkmenistan bank, the State Bank of Foreign Economic Affairs and the State Commercial Halkbank to take shared participation if foundation of «Türkmen alabaý itleri» Business entity of Ahal Velayat with the share of each of the bank to the amount of 12.5 percent.

Outcomes of recent Ashgabat Summit of the Heads of the States of the Commonwealth of Independent States and objectives of the CIS Executive Committee for implementation of adopted documents were the subjects of the session of the Council of permanent authorized representatives of the Commonwealth member states under its statutory and other bodies, which was chaired by Turkmenistan, in Minsk on October 16.
