President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov had a telephone conversaton with Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov.

By the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Guvanch Bayramdurdiyev was appointed as the Director of Miras TV and radio channel of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed the people of Turkmenistan on occasion of the adoption of the Resolution on “Cooperation between the United Nations and the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea” initiated by Turkmenistan during the 85th plenary meeting of the 73rd Session of the United Nations General Assembly on May 28, 2019.

For further development of Turkmen – Japanese cooperation in tourist sphere and according to the Provision on regulation of consular charges of Turkmenistan approved by the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from July 13, 2005 on Improvement of Activity of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, having assigned to set reduced tariff for 10 –day single entry visa for citizens of Japan coming to Turkmenistan as tourists.

President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Order on pardoning of convicted persons in honour of sacred Gadyr Gijesi, according to which 764 people have been released from further main sentence as well as from additional sentence in the form of living in certain places.

New facility has been opened by the members of the UIET in United Arab Emirates. 84 square meters were leased in one of the shopping malls. At present time, decoration in national style, supply of the shop with carpets and carpet articles as well as with textile and souvenir production is carried out. Resolution on Cooperation between the United Nations Organization and International Fund for Saving of Aral Sea initiated by the President of Turkmenistan has been unanimously adopted at the 85th session of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly on May 28, 2019. 21 states were the co-authors of the document.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers where important issues of the state life have been discussed.

At the session of the Cabinet of Ministers on May 10, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution on the State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2020 and addressing the members of the Government, pointed out the necessity of thorough elaboration of all sections of the main financial document especially the enhancement of its social direction, in particular, having focused on the increment of financing of educational and health protection spheres.

For further improvement of life level of the population, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the administration of Dashoguz Velayat is assigned to carry out staged construction of new complex of residential houses and facilities at the territory of S. A. Niyazov etrap. The first phase to be carried out in 20119 – 2022 and the second in 2021 – 2024 as well as to prepare General Plan of new complex of residential houses and facilities in three month.
