The information about the measures for development of multilateral cooperation with the countries of South and Central Asia, Middle and Near East as well for creation of new structure of interregional relations has been presented at the session of the Government on January 4.

Vice-premier M. Chakiyev informed the Head of the State on development of the Provision on National Maritime Carriers at the first session of the Government this year.

It was informed at the session of the Government on January 4, that Türkmenýüpek JSV of the Ministry of Textile Industry works on increment of cocoon production for further improvement of material base of silk production industry.

Provision of security of the state is priority direction of the Military Doctrine implemented by President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Guncha Orazgeldiyeva was appointed as the Deputy Hyakim of Hazar, Balkan Velayat.

Ashgabat Hotel hosted New Year celebration event organized by the Hyakimlyk of the capital for children. Interesting cultural programme has been prepared for children. Popular singers, theatre artists, dance bands gave happy mood as a present to young Turkmenistan citizens.

Opening ceremony of winter schools holidays was held at the square of the Children and Youth Palace of the capital. After the ceremony, school students from all velayats went for holidays to recreation centres of Gyokdere. More than 7,000 students will have holidays in 14 facilities. 1,500 young Turkmenistan citizens will spend their winter holidays in 5recreational centres of the velayats of the country.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov was appointed as the Deputy Hyakim of Ahal Velayat.
