In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan on Railway Transport, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree approving the Procedure for marking and using zones of branch railways.

According to the document, the Dyanevsky etrap of the Lebap velayat was declared the winner in Turkmenistan, which at the end of 2021 achieved the highest results in all indicators in the social, economic and cultural spheres among the etraps of the velayats and cities with the rights of etraps, as well as the etraps of the city of Ashgabat, and the hyakimlik of the Dyanevsky etrap was awarded cash prize of $1 million.
