In order to further strengthen the material and technical base of the military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan in the epoch of might and happiness, to improve their work in growing agricultural products, livestock, poultry and fish farming, as well as establishing the production of various types of products by modernizing the work of subsidiary farms on the basis of modern technologies, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, ordering to create an Economic Department of the military and law enforcement agencies of the country under the State Border Service of Turkmenistan.

For the significant contribution to strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, the development of political, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey, strengthening the state and public activities of the international prestige of our country, as well as taking into account the merits in effective assistance to Turkmenistan in increasing the efficiency of training and education of the younger generation, training highly qualified specialists, to award the Order of Turkmenistan "Hyzmatdaşlygy ösdürmäge goşandy üçin" to President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. 

In accordance with the Code of Turkmenistan "On Land" and Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 14 668 dated March 18, 2016 "On the regulation of land relations in Turkmenistan", the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order, ordering to abolish the right to use land plots by legal entities, granting them land plots on the basis of agreements, as well as provide land plots for use by the relevant state enterprises and institutions.

In order to widely promote the high levels achieved in the field of culture and tourism of Turkmenistan, to bring news and events in the cultural and tourist areas to the proper level to the population, to further improve the form of providing information in this direction, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan by combining the magazines “Medeniýet” and “Syýahat”, create on their basis a legal entity - the magazine “Medeniýet we syýahat”, operating on the basis of cost accounting, and, starting from January 2022, to ensure the publication of this magazine once a quarter in the Turkmen, English and Russian languages.

In accordance with Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1515 dated October 9, 2021, in order to fulfill the Credit Agreement on financing the construction of the combined mineral fertilizers production workshop at S.A. Niyazov Turkmenabat Chemical Plant, concluded between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Abu Dhabi Development Fund, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution authorizing the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan to initiate work on entering of the above agreement into force.

In order to successfully implement the "Programme of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country for 2019–2025", as well as to provide the "Türkmengaz" State Concern with the necessary material and technical equipment and spare parts, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution authorizing the "Türkmengaz" State Concern to conclude a contract with the "Auguste International FZE" company (the United Arab Emirates) for the purchase of material and technical equipment and spare parts.

In order to increase the production capacity of industries and construction products in the epoch of might and happiness, as well as to fulfill Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No.

For the great success and high results achieved in strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, strengthening the economic power of the country, the implementation of state programmes, for the development of the agricultural sector of the national economy, as well as for the merits to the independent state and people of the country, many years of conscientious and exemplary work and, on occasion of the Turkmen Harvest Day, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on awarding the medal "Watana bolan söýgüsi üçin" to some citizens of the country.
