By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Halmyradovich Atayev was relieved of his post as Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Physical Culture and Sports.

To appoint Nazar Halnazarovich Agahanov as Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, relieving him of his post as Deputy Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Akmammedov Mammet Velmammedovich as Minister of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Annadurdyyev Begench Meretgeldiyevich as Minister of Automobile Transport of Turkmenistan.

Dismiss Sapbayev Dovrangeldi Ishangulyyevich from the post of Chairman of the State Concern «Türkmenhimiýa» for serious shortcomings in his work.

In order to significantly improve the management of the transport and communications complex, I decree:

To appoint Chakyyev Mammethan Berdimyradovich as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan with a probationary period of 6 months.

To appoint Hudaygulyyev Hajymyrat Shihmyradovich as Minister of Communications of Turkmenistan with a probationary period of 6 months.

To appoint Saburov Dovran Reimbayevich as the Chairman of the State Service «Türkmenhowaýollary».

To appoint Shanazarov Azat Hallyyevich as the Chairman of the State Service of Maritime and River Transport of Turkmenistan.
