In accordance with the Charter of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Regulation on the Council of Elders under the Foundation, as well as for the purpose of organisational support for the work of the Council of Elders, I decree:

In order to significantly strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and each family, guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by great ancestors, and also on the occasion of «2025 - the International Year of Peace and Trust», the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicted persons on the occasion of «2025 - the International Year of Peace and Trust», releasing the pardoned citizens from further serving the main sentence in the form of imprisonment.

For the purposes of state registration of items representing national historical and cultural value and maintaining their State Register, as well as in accordance with Article 12 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the protection, export and import of movable assets of the national historical and cultural heritage», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for state registration of movable assets of the national historical and cultural heritage.

To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Malaysia Mashalov Muhammetnyyaz Badyyevich (city of Kuala Lumpur) simultaneously as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Thailand.

In order to achieve spiritual and physical health of the population, further improve the health of citizens, improve well-being and increase life expectancy in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, implement effective and comprehensive measures in this direction, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.

To appoint Seyidov Dovletmammet Yazmammedovich as Chairman of the State Development Bank of Turkmenistan.

To dismiss Bayramov Serdar Agamyradovich from the post of Chairman of the State Development Bank of Turkmenistan.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Halmyradovich Atayev was relieved of his post as Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Physical Culture and Sports.

To appoint Nazar Halnazarovich Agahanov as Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, relieving him of his post as Deputy Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan.

To appoint Akmammedov Mammet Velmammedovich as Minister of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan.
