To dismiss Serdar Sahetgulyyevich Meredov from the post of hakim of the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy etrap of the Dashoguz velayat in connection with his transfer to another job.

In order to significantly improve the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers in accordance with the demands of the time, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree introducing the position of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers for the Transport and Communications Complex.
