To dismiss Batyr Taganovich Atdayev from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan as having failed to fulfill the duties assigned to him.

To appoint the Chairman of the Board of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, Nokerguly Hojagulyyevich Atagulyyev, as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan with a probationary period of 6 months.
