Considering merits in expansion of friendship between Turkmenistan and Tatarstan, in study, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature of Magtymguly Fragi to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Tatar people as well as on the occasion of the 300th birthday anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, to award President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Minnikhanov Rifkat Nurgalievich the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as a commemorative (gold) badge.

Taking into account the merits in the development of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Türkiye, in the study, careful preservation, popularization and transmission to future generations of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature «Magtymguly Fragi», great personal contribution to the rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between the Turkmen and Turkish peoples, as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the Turkmen poet and philosopher «Magtymguly Fragi», to award the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Honourary Elder of Turkmenistan Recep Tayyip Erdogan with the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna», as well as memorable and gift signs.

To dismiss Chopanov Nurberdi Ozbekovich from the post of hakim of the city of Dashoguz, Dashoguz velayat, as having failed to fulfill his assigned duties.

To appoint Handurdyyev Nurnazar Pirnazarovich as the hakim of the city of Dashoguz of the Dashoguz velayat.

Due to the fact that Memorial Day falls on Sunday, and also in accordance with Part 2 of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the National Program for the Development of Physiology in Turkmenistan for 2024–2028 and an Action Plan for its implementation in order to affirm the principles of a healthy lifestyle, strengthen health, and increase the average life expectancy of the population, as well as to study human physiology in hot climates within the framework of the planned measures for implementing the State Program "Saglyk" of the President of Turkmenistan. 

In order to prepare and ensure the participation of the national teams of Turkmenistan in the XXXIV Summer Olympic and XVIII Summer Paralympic Games, which will be held in the city of Los Angeles, United States of America in 2028, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. 

President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree awarding medals of Turkmenistan to a group of servicemen and employees of the country's military and law enforcement agencies for their significant personal contributions to strengthening independence and sovereignty, enhancing defense capabilities, protecting the territorial integrity of neutral Turkmenistan, ensuring security, public order and legality, exemplary performance of duties, and high results in combat training, considering years of impeccable service to the sovereign Motherland and its courageous people, conscientious and exemplary work, special merits to the state and society, significant achievements in fruitful state and public work, and on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence.

Considering the great personal contribution to the implementation of large-scale national programs of Turkmenistan, the systematic development of domestic agriculture on a scientific basis, the introduction of achievements in seed production and selection of grain and other cereal crops, the training of highly qualified specialists, the creation, cultivation, testing and obtaining a rich harvest of new varieties of wheat by using modern methods, the development of international cooperation in this area, as well as high professional skills, many years of diligent and dedicated work, I decree:

Taking into account the particularly outstanding services to independent neutral Turkmenistan and our courageous people, the great personal contribution to the wonderful successes in achieving a modern high level of Turkmen culture and art, the development in the national spirit and the popularization of national culture, national song and music and dance art in the world, highly praising the dear Fatherland, native people, large-scale work in educating talented youth, worthily continuing the work of mentoring, as well as many years of diligent and creative work, I decree:
