Considering the great achievements in strengthening the independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, increasing its economic potential, implementing state programs for the development of domestic agriculture, special services to the sovereign Fatherland and the courageous people, conscientious and exemplary work over many years, and also on the occasion of the Harvest Festival, I decree:

In accordance with Articles 54, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», I decree:

Taking into account the personal contribution to bringing Turkmen sports to a high level, popularising significant achievements of Turkmenistan in this area and increasing its sports authority in the world arena, representing our country in international tournaments, as well as increasing the enthusiasm of young people for sports in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order, according to which it is prescribed on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan to present as a gift:

To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the French Republic Charyyev Maksat Esenovich as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Principality of Monaco (with residence in Paris).

For great success in the proper maintenance of Alabay dogs, which are an integral part of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, their education, breeding based on modern achievements of world science, development and improvement of folk selection in this area, in expanding international cooperation in the field of dog breeding, world popularization of the best traditions of the national school of dog breeding, taking into account many years of conscientious and selfless work, and also on the occasion of the Turkmen Alabay Day, I decree:

To successfully address the tasks set for the national oil and gas industry in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree allowing the State Concern "Türkmennebit" to use its own funds to conclude a contract with "MBF Group DWC-LLC" (UAE) for the implementation of a certain number of cementing units on automotive chassis, intended for cementing, strengthening and major repair of wells.

The forum aims to discuss practical issues related to implementing advanced innovative solutions in the sectors of our country's economy and developing the national innovation system. Additionally, it seeks to fulfill the agreement on enhancing scientific and technical cooperation between Turkmenistan and the People's Republic of China. The President of Turkmenistan signed a decree instructing the Academy of Sciences to ensure the organized and high-level conduct of the III Turkmen-Chinese Science and Innovation Forum titled "Innovations, new technologies and issues of their manufacturing application" in Ashgabat on November 26-27, 2024. 

By the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Ahmet Gurbangeldiyevich Gurbanov was relieved of his post as deputy hakim of the Ahal velayat.

In order to further enhance cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Federal Republic of Germany, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Joint Turkmen-German Working Group from the Turkmen side.
