By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the delegation of our country, headed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyyev, was sent to the city of Dushanbe (Republic of Tajikistan) on the 26th to 28th of November, 2023 to participate in the 12th meeting of the Joint Turkmen-Tajik Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic and scientific and technical cooperation.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, in order to further increase the level of housing and communal services in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, familiarize with the production and technical characteristics of specialized machines, related equipment, units and equipment for public utilities, meeting international standards of efficiency and environmental safety, our delegation of the country, headed by the hakim of the city of Arkadag Sh. Durdylyyev, was sent to the Federal Republic of Germany from 13th to 18th of November, 2023.
For big success and high results in strengthening of independence and sovereignty of Turkmenistan, improvement of economic power of the country, implementation of the state programs of development of agricultural branch of the economy, government and public activity, special merits to independent state and native people, taking into account honest and exemplary work as well as on occasion of the Harvest Holiday, I hereby resolve:
To release Niyazliyev Batyr Gurbanmyradovich from posts of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow c.) and concurrently Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Slovenia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Bulgaria in connection with his transfer to another post.
To release Aydogdyev Esen Muhammedovich from the post of Rector of International University for Humanities and Development in connection with his transfer to another post.
To appoint Aydogdyev Esen Muhammedovich Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow c.)
To appoint Kulieva Maral Mammetberdievna Rector of International University for Humanities and Development and release her from the post of Rector of Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmammet Azady.
