Today, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, honoured elder, who also showed an interest in the state of construction activities developed there, has taken part in the mass tree planting action organized in the new modern administration centre of Akhal region. Heads of the new centre, constructors, honoured elders and the youth took part in the event that marked the start of the autumn season of the tree planting campaign.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via a digital system, at which the results of the work done for ten months of this year were summed up, reports of vice-premiers were heard, and drafts of a number of documents were considered and priority tasks of socio-economic development of the country were discussed.

Today, as part of the ongoing official visit to the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Today, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the State Security Council, which reviewed the results of work done by military and law enforcement agencies over ten months of this year.

Today, within the framework of his official visit to the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, made a keynote speech at the plenary session of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and held a meeting in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia.

Today, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in the Russian Federation with an official visit. Within the framework of his busy program of the visit, made at the invitation of Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko, a number of bilateral meetings to facilitate further progressive development of inter-parliamentary links and as a whole traditionally friendly Turkmen-Russian relations are planned in Moscow.

Further strengthening of bilateral inter-parliamentary relations became an important topic of the telephone talk held today between Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of the Senate of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting via the digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers A.Yazmyradov, supervising the agro-industrial complex, and velayats’ khyakims to consider the dynamics of work performed in the agricultural sector and the course of seasonal field campaigns.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent sincere congratulations to Mr. Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on the occasion of his victory in the Presidential elections of the Federal Republic of Brazil.
