Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on joint exploration and development of hydrocarbon resources of Dostluk Field in the Caspian Sea was held in the capital on January 21. Presidents Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Ilham Alieyv have welcomed the adoption of this important document, which reflects current high status of primordially good neighboring and friendly interstate relations.
