President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held regular video conference working session with participation of the Speaker of National Parliament, heads of the regions and capital.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on recognition of some parts of the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1646 from September 27, 1995 on Mandatory State Insurance of Passengers of All Modes of Transport, Crew Members of Air, Transport, Personnel of Railway, Maritime, River and Motor Transport as null and void, having resolved the following:

For improvement of mandatory state insurance according to the Air Code of Turkmenistan, Code of Merchant Shipping of Turkmenistan, Laws on Motor Transport, Railroad Transport and on Insurance as well as provision of insurance coverage of passengers of all modes of transport, crew members of air, maritime, river, motor and railroad transport, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, according to which the Provision on Mandatory State Individual Insurance of all modes of transport, crew members of air, maritime, river, motor transport and personnel of railroad transport is approved.
