On the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of Oraza, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov receives congratulatory messages from high-ranking officials of foreign states.

The Foreign Ministry hosted the meeting with heads and representatives of the United Nations agencies and specialized institutes accredited in our country.

The state and prospects of multi-vector cooperation between Turkmenistan and the European Union were considered in the frames of the meeting with EU Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Turkmenistan, Diego Ruiz Alonso at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov addressed congratulatory message to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the Turkmen Horse Day.

“Our wind-like horses are national pride and great value, which was created throughout the centuries. That is why big attention is paid t development of horse breeding and equestrian sports in our country during independence period.

Having noted that International Ahalteke Equestrian Association has 10th anniversary this year, the Head of the State warmly congratulated the participants on this remarkable date as well as on National Turkmen Horse Holiday, having wished success in development of equestrian sphere to every one.

For the significant contribution to the development of horse breeding, for achievements in preserving the breeding and productive qualities of the Ahalteke horses, professional skills, as well as in honor of the Turkmen Horse Day, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing to award the honourary title ""Türkmenistanyň at gazanan atşynasy” («Honoured Horse-Breeder of Turkmenistan”) to:
