In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Romania Annaev Annamamet Akmammedovich was appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Croatia.

In order to implement the bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and Japan, as well as to further develop cooperation between the two countries, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, approving the membership of the Turkmen-Japanese Economic Committee for Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairman of the Turkmen State Publishing Service, Hudayberdiyev Akmyrat Rozydurdyevich was severely reprimanded for the improper execution of the official duties, serious shortcomings in his work with the last notice to improve his performance within the shortest possible period.

In accordance with the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Chairperson of the Cabinet of Ministers in charge for Culture and Media, Abdyyeva Bahargul Gurbanmyradovna was reprimanded for the improper execution of the official duties, loosening of control over the work of the institutions within her jurisdiction.

The XIV Forum of Cultural and Scientific Personnel of the CIS will be held in Turkmen capital on May 15 – 16. As is known, the development of versatile cooperation including humanitarian and cultural contacts with the members of the Commonwealth of Independent States is one of priority directions of foreign policy of our country.

Turkmenistan was elected to the membership of the Executive Council of the World Food Programme for 2020 – 2022, the UN Population and Development Commission for 2020 – 2024 and the UN Narcotic Drugs Commission for 2020 – 2023 during the session of the UN Economic and Social Council on organizational issues on May 7, 2019.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having ordered the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Protection, administration of Balkan and Mary Velayat to provide the production of beetroot in the etraps of the above-mentioned velayats with application of scientifically grounded crop rotation according to agrotechnical requirements.
