The Mejlis hosted regular session of the Working Group for development and compilation of proposals related to amendments and addendums of the Constitution of Turkmenistan.

The first international research and practice online conference took place at Oguzkhan Engineering and Technology University. The event in the format of a videoconference meeting brought together scientists from our country, Japan, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania and Vietnam, as well as the university professors of Turkmen and foreign institutes.

The World Health Day has been widely observed in Turkmenistan. Sport, physical training, health improving and other events have been held on occasion of the this remarkable date. In the morning, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has visited Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan. The Head of the State has also paid a visit to the Olympic village.

The World Health Day, which is observed since 1950, is observed on April 7. The date was not chosen occasionally as on this day, the Chapter of the World Health Organization, which includes 194 state members at present, has entered into force back in 1948.

First year issue of quarterly National Army (Milli goşun) magazine of the Ministry of Defence has been published. Public and political, military and historical, scieentiifc and methodological magazine is aimed at patriotic education of youth and on highlighting of the course of military reform initiated by President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

A regular meeting of the Working Group under the Constitutional Commission on the development and generalization of proposals on amendments to the Constitution of Turkmenistan was held in the Mejlis.

Session of the Board of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs took place today. Current issues for further development of private business in the country have been discussed at the session.

Having made it a rule to spend his free time doing sports including horse riding as well as doing creative work, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited Ahalteke equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan. The Head of the State has checked up on ‘heaven’ horses, made a ride and started to write new book.
