President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed the Laws of Turkmenistan “On making amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of Turkmenistan”, “On making amendments and additions to the Administrative Violations Code of Turkmenistan”, “On making additions to the Law of Turkmenistan ‘On narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors, and the measures for combating their illicit turnover’”. *** Mejlis of Turkmenistan adopted a Resolution, in compliance with which Archabil and Chandybil etraps of Ashgabat city were merged into Archabil etrap. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, in accordance with which the khyakimliks of Archabil and Chandybil etraps, Ashgabat city were amalgamated, and Archabil etrap khyakimlik of Ashgabat city was established. The document also approved the structure of Archabil etrap khyakimlik, Ashgabat city. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having authorized legal entities and private entrepreneurs - members of the Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Union of Turkmenistan, according to the established procedure, to sell all kinds of rawhide products, pelts (primarily treated), and wool (autumn shearing) to foreign countries. The Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan, and the State Livestock Association jointly with the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan were assigned to prepare and submit for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan the proposals on introducing the Resolution-associated amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan within one-month time space. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the “Türkmengaz” State Concern to make a contract with “Dowamat” Economic Society for designing and constructing (including neighborhoods improvement) an administrative building of “Gazygaýtadanişleýiş” Department in Oguzkhan Street, Ashgabat city. The project implementation terms are February 2015 – December 2015. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having authorized the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan jointly with the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization Turkmenistan to annually hold a research paper contest among young people of Turkmenistan in all fields of science and technology on the occasion of Science Day.
