To appoint Colonel Ilamanov Ilaman Myratgulyyevich as the Chief of the State border service of Turkmenistan – Commander of the Border troops, relieving him of his post as deputy chief of the State border service of Turkmenistan – chief of the general staff.
For their significant personal contribution to strengthening the independence and sovereignty of permanently neutral Turkmenistan, strengthening its defence capability, protecting its territorial integrity and constitutional order, ensuring security, public and legal order, and the rule of law, exemplary performance of official duties, and achieving high results in combat training, as well as for their many years of impeccable service to the sovereign Fatherland and courageous people, conscientious work, exceptional merits to the state and society, and significant successes in fruitful state and public work, and on the occasion of Defender of the Fatherland Day, the President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed a decree. According to the document, a group of servicemen and employees of the military and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan were awarded medals of Turkmenistan.
To provide scientific justification for the fundamental reforms being carried out in Turkmenistan during the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the large-scale implementation of scientific achievements in the economy and across all sectors, and the training of highly qualified specialists and scientific personnel, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order approving quotas for the admission of postgraduate students to postgraduate programs in scientific fields, the registration of applicants for academic degrees, and the admission of residents to clinical residency in 2026.
In order to successfully continue reforms in the agricultural sector, distribute agricultural crops according to their types in accordance with the soil and climatic conditions of the velayats and etraps, as well as significantly increase agricultural production volumes through scientifically based crop rotation and increased crop yields in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the plan for the zoning of agricultural crops by velayat in 2026.
On the appointment of elections of members of the Halk Maslahaty in the newly formed etraps of the velayats, as well as to replace the early resigned deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and members of the velayat, etrap, city Halk Maslahaty and Gengeshes.
In order to further increase cotton production through the rational use of land, water, agricultural machinery, and mineral fertilisers, and to implement high-quality agricultural practices in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

Considering the great personal merits in strengthening the independence and legal status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, strengthening the international authority of our native Fatherland in accordance with the principles of permanent neutrality, the successes achieved in the implementation of programs developed for the development of science and healthcare and other sectors in the country, fruitful state and public activities, many years of conscientious and honest work, and also in honour of the glorious 30th anniversary of acquisition of Turkmenistan of the legal status of permanent neutrality, I decree:
