The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov,signed a decree, in accordance with the decree, taking into account the contribution to strengthening the defence capability of the Fatherland and the significant merits in consolidating the rule of law and public order, maintaining peace in society, and faithfully fulfilling the sacred military duty, as well as on the occasion of the glorious 35^th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, in accordance with paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, a group of military personnel and employees of military and law enforcement agencies of the country have been awarded military and special ranks, as well as class ranks.

Under the wise leadership of deeply esteemed President of Turkmenistan Berdimuhamedov Serdar Gurbangulyevich in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, our people with high enthusiasm and labour successes solemnly meet the glorious 35^th anniversary of sacred independence of our native land.

Guided with mercy and humane principles, inherited from our great ancestors, with a view of the further strengthening of unity and coherence of Turkmen society and each family, as well as on the occasion of the 35^th anniversary of independence of the country, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on pardon of the convicted on the occasion of the 35^th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan. The document granted a pardon to 1054 citizens for their release from the further service of their basic punishment in the form of imprisonment, and from additional punishment in the form of obligation to live in certain locality.

Guided by principles of humanism and virtue of our ancestors and based on adherence to conventional international standards on protection of the rights and freedom of the individual as well as according to the Law of Turkmenistan «On migration», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution. According to the document, permanent residence permits were granted a group of foreign citizens to stay in Turkmenistan.

In order to ensure favourable conditions for the solemn celebration of Independence Day of Turkmenistan and comfortable recreation for the population of our country on the occasion of the 35^th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, and also in accordance with Part 2 of Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

In order to ensure the dynamic socio-economic development of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

In order to implement the United Nations General Assembly Resolution «Year of international law, 2028», further strengthen the international legal foundations of foreign policy of Turkmenistan in the interests of peace, security, trust and sustainable development, as well as to form a unified state system of measures to unlock the practical potential of permanent neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.  

In order to successfully implement the state youth policy, identify young people passionate about science, knowledge, and advanced technology, cultivate generations devoted to the Motherland, hardworking, erudite, educated, and harmoniously developed, making a worthy contribution to the comprehensive development of the country, and create conditions for the full participation of young people in the socio-economic, political, and cultural life of the state and society in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

In order to strengthen the state system of guaranteeing, ensuring and protecting human rights and freedoms in Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as to intensify cooperation with the United Nations and other international organizations, and to carry out activities to fulfil international obligations of Turkmenistan in the field of human rights on a systematic basis, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

Achieving impressive results in all spheres, our Motherland marks the 35^th anniversary of independence with grand victories and glorious events.
