In order to strengthen the legal foundations of state environmental policy, to define key areas of action to minimize the impact of climate change, to enhance the resilience of ecosystems and the forestry sector to its consequences in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, and to ensure the successful implementation of the National Climate Change Strategy of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution.

In order to safeguard the spiritual and physical health of the population, combat tobacco use, significantly improve public health and citizens’ well-being, increase life expectancy, and implement effective and comprehensive measures in this area, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution.

In order to enhance the worldwide fame of the «paradise» racehorses, which in our country are the pride and embodiment of the noble goals of the Turkmen people, their heritage, as well as to ensure proper preparation for international equestrian competitions and world-class beauty contests in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, effective measures are being taken in our country to carefully preserve, improve and convey national values to descendants, which is of great importance in the development of the ancient art of carpet weaving, which is an integral part of the universal cultural heritage. The art of carpet weaving is a unique contribution of the Turkmen people to the treasury of human civilisation. Our skilled carpet weavers - women and girls who weave world-famous, magnificent carpets - also perform significant work in this area: their work is worthy of recognition and honour at the state level.

To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (city of Riyadh) Ayazov Muhammetgeldi Nurberdiyevich as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Sultanate of Oman.

In order to carefully preserve the age-old spiritual and moral values of the Turkmen people, to enhance the national traditions and customs inherited from our ancestors, and to significantly strengthen the unity and cohesion of our courageous, inspired people in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, guided by the noble principles of generosity, good character and humanism, and in accordance with Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

In order to prevent and combat non-communicable diseases among the population, ensure the health of citizens, promote healthy lifestyle principles, and increase life expectancy based on national and universal values in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the National Strategy for the Prevention and Control of Non-communicable Diseases in Turkmenistan for 2026–2030 and the Action Plan for its implementation.

In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socioeconomic development of the country in 2022–2028», as well as to significantly enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the capital in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

In order to ensure the timely preparation of the draft State budget of Turkmenistan for 2027, the main directions of the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan and the Investment program of Turkmenistan, guided by the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028» in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state and in accordance with the Budget code, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution instructing the Ministry of finance and economy:

In order to hold a high-level meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States in accordance with the Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept of Turkmenistan's Chairmanship of the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2026, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
