By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan»:
To appoint Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United States of America Aydogdyyev Esen Muhammedovich (Washington City) as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Canada.
