In view of diligent execution of their military duty, the contribution made to improving our country’s defense capability, great services in protection of public tranquility, as well as excellent performance during the “Watan gerçegi” high-level exhibition tactical exercises with firing practice, and in accordance with clause 11 Article 53 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Turkmenistan’s Armed Forces Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed a Resolution on awarding military and special ranks to a group of servicemen and personnel of defense and law-enforcement bodies of Turkmenistan. *** To further upgrade the logistics of the public healthcare sphere in the epoch of power and happiness, to ensure mother and child health protection, to render services to them on the basis of advanced medical and preventive technologies, as well as to implement the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding between Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Foundation (UAE) and the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan on building of a 120-bed children’s hospital in the city of Mary, Mary velayat at the expense of the above-stated Foundation, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which the Land Resources Service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan together with the Mary velayat khyakimlik are instructed in the prescribed manner to register allocation of a plot of land for construction of the hospital. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having approved “The 2015-2020 Program for improving the employment security system and job creation in Turkmenistan”, as well as the Action Plan for the implementation of the Program. In accordance with the document, ministries, sectoral departments and khyakimliks of velayat and Ashgabat city are instructed to ensure execution of the activities specified in the within-said Plan. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having authorized the Ministry of Water Economy of Turkmenistan to make a contract with “Irak Tejarat Arian Co.” (Islamic Republic of Iran) for purchasing water lifting equipment, electric motors, transformers and spare parts. *** By the Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan, for unsatisfactory execution of his official duties and shortcomings in work, Cabinet Deputy Chairman Batyr Narkulyevich Ereshov was reprimanded.
