President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov signed a Resolution “On pardoning the convicted persons in honor of Day of Turkmenistan’s Constitution and Magtymguly Fragi’s Poetry”, having released the convicted persons from further serving their primary and additional punishments in the form of living in the law-sanctioned place of residence. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having approved the State Program for production of import-substituting products in Turkmenistan. According to the document, the relevant ministries, sectoral agencies, and khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city are assigned to ensure implementing the measures specified in the within-said State Program within the prescribed time and at adequate level. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on adopting the State Program for increasing exports of Turkmenistan-produced goods. According to the document, the relevant ministries, sectoral departments and khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city are prescribed to ensure implementing the measures provided for in the within-mentioned State Program within the prescribed time and at appropriate level. *** The President of Turkmenistan approved the Regulations on state registration of food products, and their packages, as well as the List of food items, domestically produced and imported to Turkmenistan, which are not subject to the state registration. *** To ensure efficient and loss-free harvesting of the crop, its uninterrupted transportation to storage facilities and elevators, timely payments to grain producers, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having authorized to establish the State Commission for efficient conducting the 2015 grain harvesting campaign in Turkmenistan, and approved its composition. The document also prescribes: The “Turkmenobahyzmat” State Association to ensure productive and uninterrupted operation of combine harvesters during the harvest season, having provided in-situ maintenance service for them; The Ministry of Motor Transport of Turkmenistan under the contract with the “Turkmengallaonumleri” State Association to ensure timely and loss-free transportation of the wheat crop from fields to acceptance centers, storage facilities and elevators, as well as uninterrupted and high-performance operation of vehicles. According to the document, the “Turkmengallaonumleri” State Association is authorized on a contract basis to use vehicles of other ministries and sectoral departments to transport the wheat crop to acceptance centers, storage facilities and elevators.
