To improve the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the resolution having approved: Cabinet Deputy Chairman’s functions on science, education, healthcare, sport, youth and the public issues; List of ministries, sectoral agencies, scientific-research institutions and organizations subordinated to it; Regulations on Departments of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan – science and technology, education and public, healthcare, youth policy, work with religious organizations, control over the particularly important construction projects and capital construction carried out in the spheres of science, education, health and sports; Composition and staff schedule, as well as employees’ functions of these Departments. *** The President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree authorizing the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan over the reception plans to study in higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan in 2016, approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan №7501 dated 15 July 2016, to accept in the 2016-2017 school year: 30 citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to the annual language courses free of charge at the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi; 26 citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, who graduated annual language courses in 2015-2016 academic year, to higher educational establishments of Turkmenistan free of charge, including: 10 citizens – to the International Oil & Gas University, 5 citizens – to the Turkmen Agricultural Institute, 10 citizens – to the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, 1 citizen – to the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi. *** To ensure a high organizational level of the opening ceremonies of the first stage of the Asian International railway transport corridor – Atamyrat–Ymamnazar (Turkmenistan)–Akina (Islamic Republic of Afghanistan) section, as well as the terminal for reception, storage and export of petroleum products at the customs station of Ymamnazar of Atamyrat etrap of Lebap velayat, President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree on creating an appropriate Commission and appointing its composition.
