On occasion of the 27th anniversary of Turkmenistan Independence, President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on Conferring of State Awards to military and law enforcement personnel.

President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on Pardoning of conceited persons on occasion of the 27th anniversary of Turkmenistan Independence, having released pardoned people from further main punishment as imprisonment as well as from additional punishment as living in certain areas.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Alexander Blokhin, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Turkmenistan at the Ruhiyet Palace. Official award ceremony of the Medal of Honour of the grandfather of the Head of the State Berdimuhamedov Annayev to Turkmen leader took place during the meeting.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov offered deep condolences to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hassan Rouhani, over the terrorist attack on the military parade in Ahvaz that led to loss of life and injuries.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent congratulation cable to Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe in regards to his re-election to the post of the Chairman of Liberal and Democratic Party of Japan.

On behalf of people and the Government of the country as well as personally, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent the cable of deep condolences to Secretary General of the Central Committee of Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyễn Phú Trọngin regards to untimely death of President of Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang.

I trust that this forum that is being held on the eve of the 27th anniversary of independence will be of great significance in terms of consolidation of Turkmens of the world and intensification of ties in such spheres as economy, culture, science, education, healthcare, tourism, sport, entrepreneurship etc., states the Address by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the participants of the 21st Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World.

The head of state has signed a Decree to award the winners of the 2018 Amul-Khazar International Motor Rally held on September 9-15, 2018. In accordance with the Decree:
