For the implementation of the Presidential Decree “On the discharge of members of the regular armed and other forces of Turkmenistan, their transfer to the reserve forces, and on the Autumn Draft”, President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed an Order authorizing the defense minister, commander of the State Border Service, interior minister, national security minister, director of the Presidential Security Service, chairman of the State Migration Service to give honorable discharge to servicemen, who have achieved excellence and high individual performance while doing their military service.

Opening ceremony of industrial facility – “Garabogazkarbamid” Plant, which supplemented production infrastructure of chemical industry of the country, took place with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received Executive Vice-President of Mitsubishi Corporation Hiroshi Sakuma, Senior Vice President of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engineering, Ltd. Shigehisa Kobayashi and CEO of the Çalik Holding group of companies Ahmet Çalik.

Large-scale industrialization of Turkmenistan is closely related to the environment protection, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said at the opening ceremony of Garabogazcarbamid Plant, during which the management of the facility received the certificates of international organizations on recognition of the quality of products, efficiency and ecological safety of innovative production.

For the special contribution to the development of national culture, performing arts and cinema, art of singing and music, journalism, cultural and educational institutions; for educating the young talented generation of creative workers; for services to the state and the people; for long years of diligent work and inspired talent; and to commemorate the 27th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree to confer honorary titles on the following cultural and art workers and creative figures:

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left for Balkan velayat on working trip where the events on occasion of the end of International rally Amul – Hazar 2018 to take place in Avaza National tourist zone on September 15.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers where fulfilment of the programmes of social and economic development of the country as well as topical objectives of home and foreign policy have been discussed.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the list of the Government Delegation headed by the President of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, that will be visiting the United States of America on 29 September – 2 October 2018 to attend the 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution authorizing Türkmenhowaýollary to conclude a contract with Boeing (United States of America) for the purchase of 3 Boeing 737 MAX 7 aircrafts including 1 VIP aircraft.
