XIV CIS Forum of Cultural and Scientific Personnel, which is held under the chairing of Turkmenistan in the Commonwealth of Independent States, has started its work in Turkmen capital.

The award ceremony of the winners of the Commonwealth Star Interstate Prize, which is conferred for the achievements in science, education, culture and art, took place in Turkmen capital under XIV CIS Cultural and Scientific Personnel Forum.

Speaking at XIV CIS Cultural and Scientific Personnel Forum, Co-chairman of the Board of International Humanitarian Cooperation Fund, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation on International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvidkoy noted that it is pleasure for him to speak from the tribune in Ashgabat by many reasons including by the one that links to his memories of service his military duty in Turkmenistan.

In his speech at XIV CIS Cultural and Scientific Personnel Forum, Board Chairman of the Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund Polad Bulbul Ogly continued the subject of youth affairs and education.

Winners of artistic contest for the best image of racehorse in visual, decorative and applied arts, printing medial and design have been announced during the events in Ahalteke Equestrian Complex on occasion of National Turkmen Horse Holiday.

Final round of artistic contest for artistic image of the beauty of ahalteke horses in works of visual, decorative and applied art, printing production, phots and TV channels was held in the Exhibition Hall of the State Arts Academy.

Co-organized by the Ministry of Media of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, Culture Days of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have officially opened in Ashgabat.

Days of Culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be held in Turkmenistan on April 18 – 22. Number of events aimed at the development of humanitarian dialog of two friendly countries is planned under cultural action.
