64 transactions were registered past week at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

Grain growers of Turkmenistan have achieved remarkable success, having produced more than one million tons of wheat. The achievement is an important step towards hitting the key target to gather an abundant wheat harvest without grain loss.

Information about the work for timely delivery of cargos by the North – South International transport and transit corridor and on the measures for the formation of multimodal logistic centre on Etrek railway station was presented at the session of the Government on June 28.

As of 25 June, cereal growers in Mary province produced nearly 265 thousand tons of grain thus fulfilling approximately 70 percent of the government procurement plan.

The harvesting campaign in the Amu Darya valley is under completion. John Deere and Claas combines that proved themselves in the Lebap fields and fully justified their high-quality characteristics this season. Wheat has been harvested on more than 140,000 hectares of 157,000 hectares sown with grain this season. Since the beginning of the harvesting campaign, the grain-growers of the eastern region have delivered more than 200,000 tons of wheat to the receiving points in the country.

According to Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M. Meredov, the Turkmengaz State Concern plans to participate the upcoming international oil and gas exhibition and conference ""ADIPEC-2018"" that will be held in the capital of the United Arab Emirates - the city of Abu Dhabi on November 12-15 this year.

Prepared well in advance, a harvesting plan helps the harvest campaign ongoing in Dashoguz velayat to progress smoothly, and ensures the efficient use of high-performance combine harvesters.
