Cotton picking campaign started in Turkmenistan on September 11. An important agricultural campaign was launched in Ahal, Balkan, Lebap and Mary regios. Taking into account the soil and climatic conditions, Dashoguz velayat will launch the campaign on September 18.

The Concept of development of digital economy in 2019 – 2025 developed at the request of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is aimed at the enhancement of efficiency of operation of the branches of national economy and social sphere of the country through wide implementation of computer technologies. Today, active work for implementation of the Concept is expanded in all key directions.

At the session of the Cabinet of Ministers on September 6, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov approved and signed the Law on Cyber Security, which is aimed at protection of sovereignty, interests of the country, prevention of threats to network security as well as provision of public order, legal rights and interests of organizations and citizens.
