To relieve Ishangulyyeva Ogulhajat Amanmyradovna from the post of Chairman of the State Association of Turkmenistan «Türkmenhaly» in connection with her retirement.

To dismiss Ashyrov Arslan Gurbanmammedovich from the post of Chairman of the State Committee of Turkmenistan on Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography due to health reasons.

To appoint Rejepov Meylis Bayrammyradovich as the Chairman of the State Committee of Turkmenistan on Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography, dismissing him from the post of director of the TV channel «Aşgabat» of the State Committee of Turkmenistan on Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography.

To dismiss Amannepesov Nurmuhammet Kakabaevich from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan in connection with the transfer to another job.

To appoint Yusupova Gulshat Geldiyevna as the rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, relieving her of the post of vice-rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan for academic work.

To appoint Ovezsahedov Orazgeldi Kakabayevich as the rector of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.

To dismiss Orazov Parahat Orazmuhamedovich from the post of rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction for serious shortcomings in his work.

To appoint Mammedov Batyr Meretdurdyyevich as the rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, relieving him of the post of vice-rector for academic affairs at the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev.
