In order to successfully solve the tasks provided by the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028”, to preserve the purity of the breed and increase the number of horses that are the national heritage of the Turkmen people, comprehensive training on a scientific basis of specialized qualified specialists in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, I decree:

To appoint Pygy Khojamukhammedovich Bayramdurdyev as a Rector of Aba Annaev International Academy of Horse Breeding.

By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdarov Mukhammetgeldi Nurgeldievich was relieved of the posts of the national coordinator of the European Union for international technical assistance from the Government of Turkmenistan and the governor of the World Bank from Turkmenistan.

Turkmenistan is actively preparing for an important socio-political campaign - the upcoming elections of deputies of the Mejlis, Halk Maslahaty, members of the velayat, etrap and city Gengeshes. District electoral commissions work on the ground, as well as precinct electoral commissions, for whose employees training seminars are held. Today, National leader of Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the instruction of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov visited the Embassy of the Republic of Turkiye in Ashgabat to convey his condolences to representatives of the brotherly country. Hero Arkadag conveyed words of sincere sympathy and support at this hard moment to the relatives and close people of the deceased and wished the suffered soonest recovery.

Prospects for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in all key areas were discussed during a telephone conversation on February 7, 2023, between the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
