In order to implement the United Nations General Assembly Resolution «Year of international law, 2028», further strengthen the international legal foundations of foreign policy of Turkmenistan in the interests of peace, security, trust and sustainable development, as well as to form a unified state system of measures to unlock the practical potential of permanent neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. In accordance with the document, the National Concept «International law and neutrality of Turkmenistan» was approved.

Ministries, industry departments, as well as military and law enforcement agencies are instructed to ensure the implementation of the above-mentioned National Concept.
