The development of the non-state sector of the national economy, increasing its role through the widespread introduction of modern market mechanisms, support for entrepreneurial initiatives are among the priorities of the progressive socially oriented policy pursued by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. Today, on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the sacred independence of the Homeland, the “Oguzhan” Palace hosted the ceremony with the participation of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, a to present high state awards to military personnel, and confer higher military and special ranks, as well as classes to members of the State Security Council.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in connection with the tragedy that occurred at school No. 88 in the city of Izhevsk, which resulted in numerous casualties, most of them innocent children, and injuries.
