The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, allowing 275 pilgrims to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj between July 2-22, 2022.

In order to further develop the partnership between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Turkish Commission on Economic Cooperation from the Turkmen side.

Today, an opening ceremony of the Culture Week-2022 has taken place in the Rukhyet Palace of Mary city. A large-scale event aimed at preservation, deep study and popularization of national culture displays it’s a growing role in development of state, society and a great peace making potential.

Almost all the events of the past week are united by a common theme: increasing the efficiency of the national economy. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov outlined a specific strategy of action based on real opportunities and aimed at solving such key tasks as ensuring food independence of the country and the maximum use of its industrial potential, successful integration into the world economy and improving the welfare of the Turkmen people.

Last week, 24 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

Today, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received member of the board, President of China National Petroleum Corporation (“CNPC”) Hou Qijun.

Having completed his working trips to Mary and Lebap regions, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a visiting extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in the conference hall of the international airport of Turkmenabat city.
