In order to successfully implement the objectives set for the oil and gas industry of the country and ensure the timely completion of work specified to increase the natural gas production, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree in accordance with which the Central Bank of Turkmenistan was instructed to allocate credit funds to the Joint Stock Commercial Bank “Türkmenbaşy” for granting bank loans to the State Concern “Türkmengaz” to finance the work provided for increasing the natural gas production through the exploration and development of oil and gas fields.

Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held a working meeting with participation of heads of financial and economic, oil and gas complexes, in which the tasks of further economic development of our independent country for 2022 as well as issues of development of regions and improvement of wellbeing of people in accordance with realities of the time were discussed.

Today, on the initiative of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Turkmen land - the center of cultural values of world popularity” opened in the Turkmen capital.

Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting over the digital system, which was attended by the Cabinet Deputy Chairmen supervising velayats and Ashgabat city, the Prosecutor General of Turkmenistan, the khyakims of the velayats and the capital.

Last week, 26 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

Upgrading of realization rates of the country’s industrial development projects initiated by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, comprehensive development of velayats and the capital, advancement of large-scale architectural projects, revivification, protection and study of the national heritage and cultural-spiritual values, enhancement of international cooperation, further growth in prosperity of the people in the year proclaimed under the motto “Epoch of the people with Arkadag” – these were major subjects the past week’s events were concentrated on.

Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held a regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, in which priority issues of state life as well as drafts of a number of documents were considered.

In accordance with the “Program for the development of the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan for the period up to 2030”, in order to ensure the uninterrupted supply of institutions, enterprises, public associations, individual entrepreneurs and the population with petroleum products, as well as the successful implementation of objectives for their most rational use, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving the amount of petroleum products, including motor gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, as well as aviation kerosene for domestic consumers in 2022.

Today, a scientific and practical conference was held in the capital on the publication of politically important new books such as “Interview of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the international media”, “Consultative meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia” and “15th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization.

Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to Dashoguz velayat, where he got acquainted with the solution of issues related to the effective use of existing opportunities for the implementation of regional development programs, as well as the supply of electricity produced in our country to both domestic consumers and for export.
